At the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on June 16, one of Idina’s Menzels nearly made her performance of “Take Me Or Leave Me” from Rent a duet, but a kind audience member alerted her.
“My boob’s popping out?” Idina asked the crowd, as they erupted into laughter. A woman from the crew suddenly appeared from the side of the stage to adjust Idina’s dress, as the 43-year-old actress continued to crack jokes. “Well, [Maureen Johnson] is a sexy character!”
“These divas need her stage! … Oh, that’s gonna be all over television,” she mused. “Well, f*** it, they’re real!” And they’re spectacular.
Later in the show, Idina caught a look of herself in her sexy silver gown and cried out, “I don’t like my panty lines!” and then ran offstage to remove her underwear. I mean, at that point, why not? She and the crowd were pretty close at that point.
So, HollywoodLifers, didn’t you love Idina’s reaction? These things happen to the best of us, and she carried it off gracefully and hilariously.
